Welcome!

David Arrell, Men's Coach, Author of Welcome To Fatherhood

Hi, I’m David Arrell and I’m here to help you through one of the most transformative times of your whole life – becoming a Dad. I built out Welcome to Fatherhood (or simply WTF) specifically to help guys like you. Guys who want be the best Dad and coparent they can be, and to make the time spent getting there over these next months and beyond a little easier for them, for Mama, and for Baby too.

Today’s journey from the Dude Zone to the Dad Zone is inherently difficult and tricky, especially in our current culture that is so short on helpful Dad-focused resources and positive role models. Welcome to Fatherhood steps right into that void and offers you an assortment of tips, tricks, tools, and techniques that will help you better prepare for each stage of the journey, better connect to your pregnant partner and her journey, and better perform in your new role of Father and all the responsibilities that come with it.

The Book

Many of the guys I work with come to me with similar questions and goals:

  • What I am supposed to actually do when my pregnant partner asks for help and support? And how/where/when does that change as the pregnancy progresses?

  • How I am supposed to know anything about pregnancy, childbirth, and new babies? I’m not a Doctor, how can I help during delivery?

  • I want to feel more confident, more connected, more empowered, and yes, more educated as well about what’s going on and how I can get more involved. Can you just give me the basics?

  • Becoming a Dad is a big deal, and I want to be a great Dad to my kid and a great co-parenting partner with Mama, but where and when do I start? What do I need to do?

Welcome To Fatherhood the book covers it all, and in less than 200 pages. No fluff, no filler, no biology lessons (OK, maybe one or two of those, but only briefly!), and no more guesswork. Now available in Kindle, Paperback, and Audiobook formats. Don’t wait any longer, order your copy today!
